Key issues to be discussed in this course: personalities, significant differences between the two parties, approaches to domestic and foreign policy, election strategies of both candidates and parties, who is voting and for whom, key competitive states (the 10-12 that will determine who gets elected), etc., … and, finally, the election results themselves.

Bob Wells is Emeritus Munsil Professor Government at SLU. He is also a past mayor of the Village of Canton
