Cecilia Dewey is the treasurer of the Massena Artists Association. She has participated in numerous North Country shows and has received many awards for her paintings. Cecilia enjoys working on various subjects and using different media. Currently she is working in pen/ink and charcoal on a series of paintings of old Massena.
