Fall 2016 Meet-the-Chef: Sabad's

Enjoy a good meal out at one of our unique North Country restaurants: Sabad's in Norfolk. Serving us dinner at 1:00pm.

Sabad’s was established in 1955. The current owners, Tony and Kathy Hadzovic, took possession about 18 years ago. The chef is Tony Hadzovic. Our hostess will be Kathy Hadzovic. She will be talking to us about their restaurant business.

LOCATION / DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
81 W. Main St. (CR 38), Norfolk, NY 13667
(PHONE: 384-8995).
   From Potsdam, take Route 56 north to Norfolk. Turn left (just before the bridge) onto Main St.(CR 38). The restaurant is about a mile down on the left, just as you leave town at the far end.

MENU (choose your entrée):
1. Prime Rib
2. Fried Haddock
3. Broiled Haddock
4. Tony’s Chicken - two piece chicken breast with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomato, and mozzarella cheese over penne pasta in pink vodka sauce
5. Penne Primavera - penne pasta sauteed with vegetables in pink vodka sauce

(All entreés include: garlic bread and cabbage noodles, your choice of salad or coleslaw, and your choice of baked potato, french fries or pasta. Coffee or tea and asssorted desserts also included.)
