In this class, we will help you create a mindful life style for self-healing. Topics include: brain biology of mindfulness; yoga magic movement; food, herbs, and lifestyle medicine to enhance your vitality and longevity.
Our schedule: 50 minutes – Jenny: brain biology, breathing and mindfulness activity, with 5-7 minutes for Q & A. 50 minutes – Paula: yoga, food, herbs, lifestyle medicine to instill mindfulness, with 5-7 minutes for Q & A.
Paula Youmell, RN: Registered Nurse, School Health and PE Teacher steeped in health coaching, whole food nutrition, herbs, yoga, lifestyle and energy medicine.
Jenny Morrill: NYS Public School Teacher trained and certified in Mindfulness Education.
1) Wear comfortable clothes to move in simple yoga poses; bring a mat if you have one (but it is not required).

3) An invitation: Class is 3-5 Wed, May 9. You are invited to join the presenters for dinner after class at 5:30 at Jakes on-the-Water (in Hannawa Falls) at 10% off the cost of your meal. Reservations needed! More info will be coming from the presenters.
