Eric Jesner has been in the natural foods industry since 2000, having worked at Whole Foods Market, The Berkshire Co-op Market (Great Barrington, MA), and as a broker traveling across the Northeast. He served on the start-up board of the Hub City Co-op in Spartanburg, which will be the first food cooperative in the state of South Carolina. Eric is very passionate about the cooperative business model and the benefits that co-ops bring communities.
