  • Eileen Raymond – “South Africa.” Eileen was a Fulbright Scholar from July 2009 to June 2010 at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. In 2011, she returned to South Africa for five more months. Her focus of study is on inclusive and special education.
