Decreased bone density is a concern for many aging individuals. This exercise-based class focuses on safe and effective activities to strengthen your bones (no matter what your age). The class includes 20 minutes of presentation (including educational materials to take home), followed by 60 minutes of exercises specific to building your bones. All ability levels can benefit from this class, as the exercises are tailored to each individual as much as possible.

Stacey currently teaches in the doctorate of physical therapy program at Clarkson University and does clinical practice for Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley and Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
