Most of us try to include seafood in our diet because of the health benefits. But which ones should we consume? Do popular seafoods provide the advertised benefits? Do they contain contaminants we should avoid? Are our favorite seafoods the most sustainable into the future? Finally, can we trust the labeling and safety of seafoods? Thankfully, you CAN eat healthy, sustainable seafoods. Find out how!

Brad Baldwin is an aquatic ecologist who has been teaching at SLU since 1995. He has observed, caught, farmed, and eaten many seafood organisms and he plans to farm fish and veggies together over the next several years.
